[untitled] is a place for music artists to listen, organize, and share unreleased music. For a one week design challenge, [untitled] asked me to explore some of the most fun and intimate ways listeners can receive a track from an artist. Meant for listeners unfamiliar with [untitled], the core functions of the web page were to listen to the track, download the app, and 'Save to Library', which would direct users to account creation.

Sharing a track can be separated between the artist and the listener- how the track is shared and what is received. For artists, I explore how iOS APIs like iMessage Apps could be used rather than a copy and paste link.

Receiving music from an artist is sacred, so in order to make receiving a link as personal as possible, I considered how dynamic Open Graph Image generation could be used.

For the listener's side, I explored how the audio player could be more tangible, visually playful, or engaging in order to inspire future users since receiving a track link is [untitled]'s highest impact growth lever. I also designed each audio player to be flexible whether a single track or whole album was being shared. 

Using the dominant color of album art, each web page could be made even more unique to each track.

I created a 'Notes' feature in order for artists to share more insight into the meaning or process of their track, as well as create another entry point if listeners would like to leave feedback.

For this design's dropdown component, I explored the various functions it could serve from messaging artists to displaying version histories.

Due to each design's modularity, this design could also incorporate the larger CD player from previous designs.

Additional features such as a drawing feature for customizing your own track could be explored as well.
